How to perform it

  1. Sit on the seat with your back well supported against the backrest and your feet positioned on the pedals.
  2. Adjust the seat so your knees remain slightly bent at the end of each pedal stroke.
  3. Hold the side or front handles while keeping your shoulders relaxed and your posture stable.
  4. Begin pedaling continuously and with control without lifting your hips off the support.
  5. Breathe naturally throughout the movement and maintain a comfortable or more intense pace according to the prescribed workout.
  6. Keep a steady cadence until the end of the prescribed time.
