How to perform it

  1. Step onto the mini trampoline carefully and keep your feet approximately hip-width apart.
  2. Maintain an upright posture with your abs active and your knees slightly bent to absorb impact.
  3. Begin with short, rhythmic jumps while keeping your body centered over the equipment.
  4. Let your arms move naturally with the exercise to help with balance and coordination.
  5. Land softly, distributing the impact through your ankles, knees, and hips.
  6. Keep breathing continuously and adjust your cadence to the prescribed workout intensity.
