How to perform it

  1. Stand facing the platform with an upright posture and your abs lightly engaged.
  2. Step onto the platform with one foot and push your body upward with control.
  3. Bring the other foot onto the platform or continue alternating according to the rhythm of the exercise.
  4. Step down with control, returning one foot at a time to the floor.
  5. Keep your knees aligned and use your arms naturally to help with balance.
  6. Continue the stepping motion continuously while maintaining rhythm and stability throughout the exercise.

What you should feel

Work in the legs, glutes, and core during the movement. Progressive cardiovascular effort, without knee pain or loss of balance.
