How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
  2. Hold the equipment handles and keep your spine upright with your abs engaged.
  3. Pull the handles forcefully from top to bottom with control, accompanying the motion with a slight flexion of the torso.
  4. Coordinate your arms, shoulders, and core to generate power without losing posture.
  5. Return the handles to the starting position with control to prepare for the next repetition.
  6. Maintain a continuous rhythm throughout the set according to the prescribed workout intensity.
