- Hold the handle with one hand, keeping your elbow close to your torso and your upper arm stabilized.
- Keep your other hand on your waist or in a comfortable position for balance.
- Begin with your elbow bent and your forearm pointing forward.
- Press the handle down with control until your arm is almost fully extended.
- Keep your elbow fixed and avoid swinging your body during the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position by bending your elbow while maintaining control of the resistance.
- Complete all repetitions on one side before switching arms.
- Exhale as you extend the arm and inhale as you return.
