1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Athletic Station or using our app, you fully agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, according to the profile selected during registration.

2. About the service

Athletic Station provides workouts generated by artificial intelligence from a curated catalog of video exercises. The service does NOT replace medical supervision, professional sports prescription, or consultation with a physical education professional.

3. User profiles

• Student: performs workouts. Paid subscription through Stripe.
• Personal Trainer: registered professional who serves linked students. Free access.
• Gym: establishment that serves linked students. Free access.

The clauses below apply according to the profile. Items marked as “Student” apply only to Student accounts, “Personal/Gym” only to the other profiles, and “All” applies to everyone.

4. Health and safety (Student)

• You declare that you are physically able to exercise.
• In case of pain, pre-existing injury, or medical condition, consult a professional before starting.
• Stop immediately in case of abnormal pain and seek medical attention if necessary.
• Athletic Station is not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of the app.

5. Subscription and billing (Student)

• Access to AI-generated workouts requires an annual paid subscription through Stripe.
• Renewal is automatic until you cancel.
• Cancellations do not generate a proportional refund for the paid period.
• Prices may vary according to applicable taxation and billing country.
• Personal Trainer and Gym accounts are free and do not generate charges.

6. User account (All)

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of third parties without express consent.
• It is prohibited to resell, copy, or redistribute the app content without authorization.

7. Student ↔ Personal Trainer / Gym link

Personal Trainers and gyms linked to a student through a linking code may assign workouts directly, view execution history, and exchange messages while the link is active. The student may unlink at any time within the app, ending this access.

8. Responsibilities of Personal Trainers and Gyms

• Use linked students’ data only for professional service within the app.
• Do not share, export, or commercialize student data with third parties.
• Respect Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) when processing students’ personal and health information.
• Immediately end the use of data when unlinked.
• Maintain the accuracy of public profile information, such as name, professional registration, and specialties. The truthfulness of this information is the sole responsibility of the Personal Trainer/Gym.

9. Account cancellation (All)

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@athleticstation.app. Personal data is deleted within up to 30 days after the request, while accounting and tax records may be retained for the period required by law.

10. Limitations of liability (All)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Athletic Station is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or temporary unavailability of the service caused by third parties, such as cloud providers, internet providers, Stripe, and others. The professional relationship between Student and Personal Trainer/Gym is established directly between the parties. Athletic Station acts only as an intermediary platform.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Jurisdiction: court of the company’s headquarters.
