Lateral Jump with Feet Together

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet together and your abs lightly engaged.
  2. Slightly bend your knees and allow your torso to incline naturally to prepare for the movement.
  3. Perform a lateral jump to one side while keeping your feet together.
  4. Land softly and with control, absorbing the impact through your knees and ankles.
  5. Without stopping completely, jump to the opposite side while maintaining rhythm and stability throughout the movement.
  6. Use your arms naturally to help with balance and coordination.
  7. Keep your torso firm and avoid allowing your knees to collapse inward when landing.
  8. Breathe continuously throughout the set.
