Isometric Squat

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees and lower until they form approximately a 90-degree angle, as if sitting in a chair.
  3. Keep your chest upright and your weight distributed through your heels.
  4. Breathe normally and hold the position for the prescribed time without allowing your knees to move too far beyond your toes.
